Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can get in the way of appointments sometimes. As long as you let us know, we will work with you to make sure you are able to get the most out of the session. To cancel or reschedule we need 24 hours notice unless it is an emergent situation. If you do not contact us to reschedule or cancel, we have to hold the session spot for you.
